UniLogic installation error

In case you receive error 1605 during UniLogic installation, please do as follow:

1. Run CCleaner and under tools, see if UniLogic appears in the programs list. If it appears then select it and click on the "Delete" button in the right side.

2. Download the attached file named "MsiZap.zip"

3. Unzip it and copy the "MSIZap.exe" file to C: \ drive

    • Run the command line ("cmd") as administrator
    • Type the command "cd \" to get to the root directory C:\

    • Copy/paste and run the following command: "msizap T {83C5EAE0-FB24-4ACD-848A-9286B0DC30C1}"
    • Copy/paste and run the following command: "msizap TWA! {83C5EAE0-FB24-4ACD-848A-9286B0DC30C1}"


     4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Unitronics\ , and if a directory called UniLogic exists, then delete it.

    5. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\

    The "InstallShield Installation Information" directory is hidden. Look for a sub directory called: {83C5EAE0-FB24-4ACD-848A-9286B0DC30C1}

    If you find it, then delete that directory.

    6. Try to install UniLogic
