Some times after O/S upgrade some images need to be restored.

Please try restoring the system images In the PLC as follows:

1-Open an new empty project and click on the system images icon.

You can also access this option trough the project menu

2-Then select the "restore all system images to default" icon

Then Click OK.

3-Now you have to Build all and download and burn this empty project to the OPLC by doing the next steps.

3.1-Go to the Build menu and select the build all option.

3.2-Then click the arrow in the download icon and select the Download and Burn option.

This can be done also through the connection menu

 This will download the system images to the OPLC.

When this process is finish open your application and repeat the process.

If this process still does not restore the images, please ask him to download an empty application with just one image on the HMI screen –any images from our library will do- and then select the option "Burn upload project".

 After this he can download his application.
