If a customer is stating they are not able to download or communicate with their UniStream controller from Unilogic and see a Yellow Triangle with an exclamation mark inside it, follow these steps to fix it by doing a Firmware Update to the controller:

The yellow triangle will prevent you from connecting or communicating either thru ethernet or over USB until the firmware update is performed.

If so, you will need to select the Unistream Management Icon on the top ribbon and select the "Remote Update" option.

Select which type of communication you are using, select the target drive on the controller either SD card or DOK USB stick, select force and then select the Update button.

The firmware update process will take about 20 minutes to complete.
