Unilogic Notifier Doesn't exist error or SQL corrupt

When starting Unlogic, if it is stuck on Splash screen and shows errors:
1. "Unilogic notifier doesn't exists", or
2. "Your SQL server installation is corrupt..."
Solution:
Go to Unitronics installation folder.
Go To files Unitronics.Notifier.exe and Unitronics.Shell.UI.exe
In the files' properties, go to Compatibility.
Un-check "Run this program in compatibility mode".
