Why there are red cross images during Remote Access / Remote operation connection?

The red cross images may appears due to wrong/missing data. A URC file should solve the problem.

Solution 1

In Remote Operator - go to Cache file menu>Create Cache file (*.urc)..

Then Click on RUN.


Solution 2

In VisiLogic – go to project menu>create project file ….> and choose HMI Display tab to create *.urc file Now you can import the created *.urc file in Remote Operator under Cache file menu>Import Cache file
