What can cause the loss of TAGS values on power-up?

There
are two possible causes:
1. If the tag is not marked as a retained value it will not keep its value
after power-up.
2. No battery backup. The reason is typically a weak or missing battery. In UniStream, the indication is when in System Struct General>Battery Low=1.
